WHO AM I?

My name is Kedine Johns and I am a virtual-based professional who takes on tasks assigned by business owners who are looking for a helping hand. I am of the opinion that you started your business to succeed and do what it is that you love; but the reality is that no one can do everything! This is where my helping hands come in.
I have spent the last decade working in both the nonprofit and for profit sectors. My roles were all middle management where I honed my program management, communications, and auditing skills. In my last role as program coordinator, I was able to plan, develop, and implement projects that are still in place and are examples for other programs. My skills were highlighted most in the development of a program for at-risk girls to increase their self-esteem and teach etiquette (this was featured in the local newspaper). I possess a Bachelors degree in Psychology and a Masters in Social Work.
I know you are thinking what lead me here. Well, I had a baby and discovered that family friendly took on a different meaning in large corporations. Since my passion has always been to help others in need; I believe that I can continue to do that by helping you reach your goals and achieve your passion.
I was born and raised in Jamaica and currently live in sunny Tampa Florida. I enjoy connecting with people, reading, watching movies, and cooking.

WHAT DO I DO?
Not ready to hire someone full-time? Want to avoid paying out money for benefits? Not sure why you would need my services?
Fear not! I am a contractor who works virtually and so you only pay me for the hours worked or the tasks completed. No need to factor in on-boarding costs, benefits, trainings, etc. We come to an agreement on time, money, and expectations. You assign the tasks, I complete them! Simple as that.
